regular wet dry with bioball chamber. what to use instead of the bioballs?
i was thinking either live rock rubble, or denitrate or maybe chemi pure elite bags. any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Live rock rubble will collect detritus bad, I made that mistake.
I think the chemi pure would be a good idea. Is there any to mod the chamber to hold water? I was able to mod mine with some extra acrlyic bracing and turned it into a fuge.

I just cut holes with a jig saw in the water tray and put filter bags in there...

I placed a couple small pieces of LR where the bioballs would be spread out to not gather detritus and placed chemi elite on top of the rock. Consistent 5 ppm nitrates. I also have mangroves though in the wet dry.
