sailfin acting weird...

last night, all my fishes were happily eating.

none are showing signs of stress or whatever
nothing was changed at all

this morning, when i fed my tank, i didnt see my sailfin
tang. looking for it, i find it inside the cave breathing
heavily. on its side. occasionally, it tries to jump out and
correct its position. so what is wrong out here? this wreath
has been in my tank for around a year. nitrates are
quite high but this has been the case for a long time

looks like its close to meeting its creator soon...

its in the qt, but very very very weak already

its still alive... but very very thin already
looks like something sucked out its insides


what did happen? a deterioration of health
in 1 day?
