LR needed for cycle?

hello,
just got done acid soaking about 200lbs of live rock.how much would you say i need(LBS) to re-seed it,so i can put it back in my DT/sump?

also if anyone in my area (90808)has any well established LR for sale let me know...thank you

I have successfully seeded completely dead rock with a few cups of sand in my sump. One nice chunk should do it.

Bacteria will find a way into live rock even without seeding somehow I don't know is airborne bacteria adapt or how they get in there. Any amount of live sand or rock will speed the process along though.
