skimmer advice

i am building a sump/refugeum for my 110 gallon reef i think i am going to be getting a mega flow 1200 pump putting out 1200gph i have a typhone skimmer but i thinkiwant to put one in the sump i have beenlooking on the internet for one but i need to know what GPH i should get for the skimmer

I would get one of the cones. MSX has a reasonably priced one, but I plan on The Bubble King Cone.
