Skimmer mod question

Guys I have an Octo 300 pro skimmer. My outlet is above water and it is making alot of noise. I would like to redirect the water back underwater or diagnal so it won't be so noisy. I believe the outlet is 1.5" or 1.4". What type of fittings do I need to make this happen? I need to keep the mod as close to the skimmer as possible due to a lack of space. I should have posted a link to show you what I am talking about but if you look at other skimmers the output is returned back into the water. Thanks for your help.

just find the size hose you need to fit the pipe, and cut a piece that will extend under the water.
