Zoas arent doing well - should I dip them?

I have a colony of whammin watermelons that were doing great and now half of them look like crap, are all closed up and almost seem to have a slight brownish slim on them?

Can I dip them in anything to cure this?

A dip primarily helps with parasites or predators. If thats what is wrong with them then a iodine or FW dip may help. If they are stressed for some other reason it may make it worse. DOes it look like they are being eaten?

Ive had this before, i beleive it was cyano growing on them. It wiped out some of my bright yellow zoas, but touched nothing else.

It seems to only affect weak strains of zoas....sorry i cant help more.

I hope it never catches on, I like having the oldest tank on here and I don't have to worry about calcification, bio pellets, Vodka dosing, DSBs, Chaetomorpha (I don't even know what that is) Carbonite hardness and all of these other things many people worry about.

If I had to think about all of that stuff I would get a stroke.
My test kit came in a wooden box and the directions say to keep in a cool chariott.
I throw some food in the tank, wave hello to the fish and go out with my wife and have a nice glass of merlot with dinner.
Have a great day but most of all, have fun.
