Bleaching

My cynarina started to bleach from its centre after months of placing it on the sandbed. My torch coral melted off at some parts and some tentacles are bleaching (with me for near a year). Colt coral also started to shrink after 2 weeks of nice poly extension. What is going on ? Is the light not enough ? I am running 4x39W T5s with individual reflectors on a 2 feet tall 90 gal tank. I must say that the reflectors are not perfect though. Anyone please help here thanks.
