Help to design an overflow like beananimal's design

I need your opinion on the design of the overflow for my 40 gallon breeder as to the dimension of the overflow, size of the bulkhead and how many drain and return line to have. My sump is located right under the tank with Mag 7 return pump (800 gph) and CPR HOB CS100 overflow (800gph). I'm thinking of drilling my tank to accomodate the new overflow and return line. I like the design with 3 drains(as 1 emergency) and 2 returns. Any help is appreciated

Thank you in advance,

Lito Guevarra
