Question lighting

Hi, I am in process to set up 300g tank (72x36x27). I never have had experience in sps. I have 29 neno reef with lot lps and some soft corals and zoo' . They are doing very well. I have questions regarding lighting. I read alot about this topics and I reviewed all TOTM. Lot of tanks with 300 g size used 400w metal halid, some used 250 w metal halid, some even only used T5 only for sps. Do you have any sugesstions? I will greatly appreciate your input.

Three 250 or 400 watt MH(one for each 2' square) will work for you. I would use 400's and raise them a little higher to increase the spread for the 36" width. You can add actinic supplements to your liking.
