New Setup, big crab!
I have just put 45 kg of rock into my new system. At the shop when picking my pieces I spotted a crab, I meen a crab 3 inch wide sort! So this guy was took out and placed into the shops sump and off I went home with my rock.
When placing it in the tank I spot its friend, a big crab maybe 2 inches across. My tank has only rock and sand so removing it would not be to much a headache and removing it seems the sensible thing to do, but I am a little tempted to keep it. Theres no rush so may as well have a little sport, I have made a trap out of a glass vase with food in the bottom and have rested it against some rock so once its in it will not be able to get out, hopefully. I will put him in the sump I think. |

If you could post a picture of it then one of us could comment better if is it a reef suitable crab or not.
