What is this worm and should I be concerned ?

I have seen a couple of these guys in my coral only tank set up for about a month now. Live rock and sand was transferred from my 12g Aquapod.

Any ideas ?. Should I be concerned ?

I have a good number of bristles in my tank and I have noticed a larger number since I lost my Peppermint Shrimp so that would make sense.

Thank you.
