With those antenna, it looks like a eunicid worm. Bad for the tank. Good thing you found it.

Well to be honest I speak from zero experience with them. But I do feel like I've seen countless board members who have said the eunicids are welcome citizens. But o well.

They are in fact, generally a threat to iverts. DO NOT put that thing back in your tank.
I spent the better part of 2 years hunting down a modest sized eunicid invader who had decimated my aquarium livestock. I ended up tracking him to his source rock and tearing the whole reef down so I could pull out the rock. I broke the rock into pieces to verify he was in there and threw the whole thing out to be sure.

Eunicids usually aren't good in tanks, especially after they get fairly large. Their diet expands to include...just about everything, it seems. Eferna's isn't another one in hiding, even though it looks like it. That's one of the web-casting worm snails, a Serpulorbis species, I think, and should be harmless beyond the webs being something of a nuisance.
