Strange question about length of time before adding corals.

I took down my 240 and cooked 300lbs of rock. It's sitting in a tank in the basement tied to a fuge to get the sand to establish itself. I have all the corals from the big tank in a prop system that's around 200g total.

When the new tank goes up and all the rock is placed in it will it be safe to tie the prop system to the main?

The corals won't go in the main system yet, but will the main system be established enough to support the frag tanks being tied into it?
