I am not good with metric measurements. I am not sure if the pump should be the main question. For the corals you want to keep I would look more at your lighting. For filtration some say turning over your tank 10-20 times (per hour) the water volume is good. For example: 100 gallon tank you'll want to have a pump rated at 1000-2000 GPH. This can also depend on your return line diameter, smaller return lines stay with the smaller pump (100 gallons=1000 GPH pump). Most SPS and LPS need at least T-5 or VHO lighting. Some LPS and SPS prefer slow moving water other prefer faster water flow. You can always place powerheads inside the tank to help move water around. Good Luck.

That's 68" x 27" x 27". I have a 60x30x24 and I have two MP40s and I have to turn the speed down low otherwise it plows channels in the sand. Should be plenty. Return pump should be enough to maintain a flow through your sump (usually not a high flow rate).

To Reef Central

Yes, that return will work just fine. What skimmer are you getting?
