My new live rock is bubbling? HELP
Recently started a 120 with a 55 sump have around 100 lbs LS and 160 lbs LR at a total of 110 gallons of water they have been cycling for 6 days now today after arriving home from work i noticed the live rock was bubbling and there are bubbles coating many areas of the rock! Is this a natural part of the process of a new tank or is immediate action required ammonia is down a shade from 1.0 to in between 1.0 and 0.50 Ph is 8.2 holding steady nitrates are in between 5.0 and 10 shades up from this morning salt is 1.023 and nitrites are 1.0.

There was probably some air stuck inside the rock that is now being forced out by the current. Its also possible that one of your pumps or powerheads are sucking in air and adding the bubbles to the tank. Do you see any funnels above your powerheads?
