Is this Lokani? Friend gave me a frag 5 yrs ago.

5 years ago a friend gave me a frag about 1" tall (see photo) and he did not the name but only that it was a "rare deep water coral". It is now 10" wide. Another reef tank owner said it was Lokani. Is that correct? Does anyone know much about this coral. What part of the world is it from?

I would say it was Aqua green, Robin egg Blue, Royal Blue, & Yellow.
