mystery tang?

I just got a tang from the shop i work at and it came in on the invoice as a "fine line tang". but i cant seem to find anything online under that name. it looks to be in the genus Ctenochaetus but im not entirely sure. If anyone knows anything about this fish id be stoked. Thanks alot

When you post photobucket pics, use the IMG code.

Agreed, I've seen these more commonly of late, but it's often to see a surge of a certain fish for a few months, then not see it for a while after that. A great fish, I'm a bit jealous. Do you mind me asking what you paid for it? They usually run over $100, though price can vary greatly.

thanks, yeah i got quite lucky. i believe the distributor we picked it up from didnt know what it was so we snagged it for $30 dollars believe it or not. it sat in the shop going for $59.99 for about a month. i grew attached cause he would eat from my hand and was so feisty, so i scooped 'em up.

I have noticed the same exact thing. There has been at least 6 at my lfs in the last 2 months and a lot on Divers Den.
