it does look like a mojano - if it is, it is a pest anemone that can spread way too fast. the solution i have used with 100% success is a syringe with boiling water. you can target just it that way, without having to worry about any collateral damage.

Do an image search on google for "Majano anemone" compare it yourself. Has it opened completly yet? It would be best to have a picture of it when it's opened. It does look like a rock anemone but you'd be the best one to decide after it's opened and when you've seen pictures of majano that you can compare it to.

Went back to my LFS today, where I purchased the LR from to pickup a few things and took a good luck at the rest of their LR in their holding tank. I found more of this growing on some of their other pieces and asked someone working there what it was. He told me it was indeed, apstasia. I had picked up some treatment off the shelf and talked to another guy working and he recommended just putting 4 peppermint shrimp in there to clean it up. I was told the shrimp would not bother my green bubble-tip anemone, that the shrimp would only clean the rocks and eat the apstasia. I figured that would be a better route to go, since there are probably more colonies of it that I can not see that well and they will keep eating it until it is all gone. I just added them today, so I will see how well they clean it up. Thanks for the help guys.
