QT and duration/advise please..

I setup a QT tank and am looking for some input! I have a 20gallon Long setup for QT, Hang on back filter, Heater, Temp Gauge, and some PVC for the fish to hide in.

Im running copper in the QT and was wondering on suggestions for testing/water changes/top off water. I bought SeaCure Copper Treatment recommended is .15ppm

What is a good test kit to use to monitor the Copper PPM?
- I bought a API but it dont read .15ppm just 0 and .25ppm and nothing in between.

How often should you do WC on QT tanks, and how do you adjust Copper PPM during one?

Will copper evaporate out of the water so does top off water have to be treated also?

Any input and advise is always welcome!
