filter sock - How do you clean them?

I just recently converted from an open sump to a sump/refugium. it has a 200 micron sock. what is the best way to clean them?

I have about 30 socks, I change them out every few days. When i have enough, I put them in the washing machine, with a capful of bleach, I run it a second time with just water, take them out and let air dry.

I just throw them in the washer with no bleach or no soap.

I've been wondering about this myself, they can get pricey.

I have been using the same 3 socks for a little over a year now and they still seem in great shape
