Slug????



Can anyone tell me what this is? I have three of them two like this and one that is totally black in color. I don't know if I should worry about them or not.

I believe its a Stomatella varia from that pic.

It is a stomatella. They are harmless grazers, so no need to worry about it. They seem to be able to multiply quite rapidly as I have about 50-60 or so in my 30 gallon cube.

I think Reef Central should change the logo to a Stomatella. I keep on thinking there will be an actual slug question, and 75% of the time, its really a snail question!
