Thoughts about G.A.R.F??
I am fixing to get back into the hobby, (lost my tanks in divorce) anyway i have been doing ALOT of reading to get knowledge up before build and was wodering what everyone thinks about garf grunge? I bought 20 lbs of it on my 140 i had but the lfs mixed in in with all the sand not just the top layer. I did see alot of growth but think it would have been better if applied per instructions. What are your thoughts?

Pea gravel and detritus, I'd skip it... Get a cup of sand from a local reefer if you want a jump start, or just wait for it to populate from your live rock.
