when getting readings from a salifert test kit, do you take the reading as soon as you see any color change or when the color has changed completly?? like with calicium it starts to change blue but if i keep puuting more drops in it gets to be a deeper blue. When should i take the reading???

If I went by the instructions on their site I'd stop when it turns clear blue
http://www.salifert.com/instructions...Calcium_NV.pdf Continue with this until the color changes from pink-red to a clear blue color |

+1 Think of the test as if you are neutralizing the red. So you want to continue titrating until there is no hint of red left.
