my red gonipora has double in size about 6 months have a green pot abouth three months now and its growing also, will say both did poorly when i first bought them it was when i hit the right spot in the tank that they took off. ended up putting the green right below the red that spot just seem to work for both of them, they like lots of flow and light in my tank i am running t 5s

I had a red Goni for a while. Did really well, but not in direct light. The reds, from what I have read, are a little bit easier to keep. I did feed it directly.
