As far as angels go, the majority of them pose a risk in a reef tank, as most will nip at lps, soft corals, clam mantles. There a a couple that are less likely to do this, but they require a minimum tank size of 100g.
There a some options for tangs...atlantic blue, powder brown, white cheek, mimic, convict, Indian mimic, goldring bristletooth, yellow, brown.

Oh, I see your current inhabitants. You're going to want to bump up your clean up crew quite a bit. Three or four turbo snails, 10-15 nassarius snails 5-10 Tongan nassarius snails, 10-15 cerith snails, maybe a bunch of margaritas snails as well.

I picked up a flameback angel a few months back and he has been a model citizen in my tank.

thanks for your input, why so much of the CUC? I dont think my tank would need all of that if i have more fish.
Here's what i want to add to my 90: - 1 jawfish - 1 blue hippo tang - 1 yellow tang - 1 Ebili angel - 1 flame angel - 1 watchman goby - 2 blenny - 1 mandarin fish - 2 anthesias - corals....does this affect bioload? Currently in tank: - 2 clown - 3 blue/green chromis - 1 royal gramma Do you see anything wrong with my stock list?

IMO the hippo and yellow tang get to large for your system. Might look into the bristletooth species like kole and tomini.
Blenny's do not get along with each other for long IME, but in a 90g you might get away with 2. I did in a 65g, they just lived on opposite corners of the tank. Even though many of the fish on your list are small, IMO half of your list is quite the bioload for your system. I would go very slow and aim a bit lower IME. HTH

I have 3 tangs in my 55, yellow, scopas, and hippo and they do not fight. They will be much happier in my 155 bow that I just bought though. I wouldn't put more than one tang if possible in anything under 6 feet long for swimming space.

No Angels are completely reef safe, but neither are any other fish. There is always an exception to the rules. Having said that, Atlantic Pygmy, Bellus, Brazillian and African Flameback, Japanese and Masked Swallowtail, Lamarck's, and Watanabe's are the safest. Some are pretty pricey, but if you want an Angel in your reef, these are the least likely to nip at anything. I personally have had a False Lemonpeel and Bi-Color Angel that never touched a thing. I had a Rusty Angel that sometimes got into my Anthellia, but never enough to bother me as that coral grows extremely fast

Only warning here is that most really nice corals require really precise control of your water perameters and the larger your bio load the harder it can be to maintain those. So stock slowly, research ever purchase before you make it, keep in mind every coral you add will grow out (reducing space in your tank) and keep in mind the adult size of any fish you add.
With all that said Have fun! And you may want to look at the scopas/yellow tangs (added benefit of tangs is they eat algae but you will need to provide them a steady source).
