For the algae on the glass, I've always used a credit card to clean the glass.

I have some red slime algae on my sand as well, which i'm trying to treat. I just bought a gallon of Kent Tech-M magnesium that i heard will help. My magnesium level was at 1000, so I hope that will get red of the red slime algae.

The stuff down in the sand bed looks like cyno not much you can do it with it in the sand bed....if it was in the display you could increase the flow and it will go away...it likes to grow in dead spots or low flow areas.....the green looks like corraline that's gonna need a scraper....plastic scrpaer or credit card if its a acrylic tank or razorblade scraper on glass...

just get a scraper and scrape it off, use a credit card and get it deep into the sand....

You might find cerith snails to go after that red in the sand (maybe). Urchins could possible eat at the green if it is indeed coralline.

No matter what you get CuC-wise they will not really make much of a dent in those types.

Yes, it probably is. Think about getting an RO/DI unit to make clean water without impurities and nutrients that cause algae.
