High Nitrate and SPS

Due to a recent tank crash because of heat(AC was out) a few lps and a few fish died and my nitrate is spiking to 40-60 ppm, I still have a few sps or so, so my question is can they tolerate at this level?

At that level they might get brown and/or slow growth, but it should not kill them.

I remember when zoanthids were called things like "green" and "orange" and not "reverse gorilla nipple." Current Tank Info: 180g reef with all the bells and whistles
