Xenia flow

How much flow d Xenia like? I mean, I know if hey blow around then thy can't really pump too much, and that is what we all like to see right? The pumping action? So I guess keep them low and out of the way?

Less flow is usually lower in the tank, but IME, they all climb towards the light which is generally higher flow!

mine do well in high & low flow. enough where i have to trim them back. only time i really see them pump is when pumps are off for feeding or cleaning.i like the swaying with current more then pumping.
