Ushio 20k 250 watt HQI bulbs

I was thinking about trying the Ushio 20k HQI bulbs. I was wanting to find out how blue they were before I bought one. Are they very blue or more white like a 14k?

nah dood, the 20ks are quite blue.

once they break in they are not as blue as most 20k bulbs.

They are a nice blue. I had it over my 12-gal and loved the look. It is not a dark blue like actinics, but still blue.
