stnd cracking?

my stand makes all kinds of cracking noises. some of them pretty loud. could it be the moisture from having the sump in there or could it be cracking. I cat see any visual cracks and I ceck it with a level, it hasn't shifted at all. any ideas? im on the third floor of my apartment building so if it goes im screwd.

IMO the stand is not your problem if built even half ***. it may be your floors. whats your stand made of? once your tank is filled with water and LR it shoukld be set into place. something else is making them noisies... the boggie man LOL
