Bug question
My 180's been up for a year. I've been noticing a huge population of very slender, maybe 3-4mm long, very fast critters scurrying about the rocks and bb at night. A pinpoint on their heads reflects light from my flashlight. They're not amphipods, I don't think. Does this sound like copepods?

No, I don't have the skills or equipment to adequately photograph them.

If they look anything like the following pictures they are "pods" and nothing to worry about.
