Anyone else hear that Oceanic is on the verge of going belly up?

According to my source, Oceanic is going through another reorganization and may go under. The decision or outcome should be known within a month or so, Im told.

Anyone else hear anything???

Wouldn't surprise me, to be honest. I wonder how many aquarium companies (FW or SW or both) go/are belly up as of now - due to the economy.
