T5 sits too low

I have a current sundial and it sits too low to the water, i need to take off the lights every time i want to feed the fish what should i do?

most come with stantions that suspend the light about 4" over the tank and thats usually the right height for the cover to open .if its setting on top you will need to get the stantions or build some .

Current Tank Info: 40 freshwater,25saltwater 2000 gallons ,enough tanks for an army ?
