So i found a 90g bowfront and wanted to transfer everything from my 46bowfront over, could i just mix the additional water and move everything over and slowly add more live rock?

Yes, you can do that, but moving the sand bed can cause problems. Your best bet is to either use all new sand with a few scoops of your established LS or save a scoop or two of your LS and rinse the rest really well in fresh water before adding it to the 90.
As far as adding new LR, you just have to be sure to get FULLY cured LR so you don't cause another cycle.

You often get a small cycle when you move tanks, because there's some die-off in the process.
