Help, glued plumbing on overflow, what now

I am setting up my first tank with an internal overflow and i pvc cemented the pipes inside the overflow. It gurgles like crazy and the return needs some work too.

I assume there is no was to "break" the pvc cement. Do I just cut the plumbing under the tank and undo theses bulk heads and replace them with new ones?

The tank is 90 gallons and full of water. Is there any problem with sucking the water out of just the overflow an replacing the bulkheads while the display part is full?

WHat is my easiest way out of this pickle??

Thanks

You are right you can not break pvc cement, the pvc will break first so don't try it. Just kill the return pump, drain the overflow, cut the plumbing, and go from there . You do not need to glue any of the plumbing that is inside the tank, only on the outside.

Good Luck
