Lighting suggestions for a 210

I'm planning out my next tank, and I need some lighting suggestions. The tank itself is a 210 that is 29" deep.

MH vs T5?

Either way i will use t5 actinics, but what would be better for a tank that deep? MH, or T5? Either one will have the same up front cost, I think the T5's would be more economical in the long run.

and if I go with MH, would 3x150 be enough? or should I go 3x250

I currently have a 34g Solana with 1x150w MH 20k

Any help would be much appreciated.
