How much better would retro individual reflectors be than a single for 2x65w PCs?

First let me start by saying that this is going on a seahorse tank which i plan to only grow macro algae and soft corals like zoas, ricordea and leathers.

Ok, I have a retro PC ballast and 2 65w bulbs and need to buy a reflector(s) so i was going to buy 2 of these

Costing about 40 bucks.

Then I came across a single 24" x 10" reflector for only 5 bucks:

Would there be enough of a difference to spend 40 bucks instead of $5??
