battling my cyno...
so ive been battling cyno now for a few months. i do frequent water changes. my params are good. it just always seems to come back. even after i remove everything that i can during each water change...ive heard carbon will help...any ideas i would really appreciate multiple options.

Whats your phosphate level at? Try using Chemi-pure elite it really got the cyno down in my tank; a toothbrush got rid of the rest haha. Temperature could also be the problem.

Are you using rodi water? I was having the same problem until I started using rodi.

Carbon might help. If you want to go with a chemical use Chemi-clean.
Otherwise, a good clean up crew, skimmer, water changes with RO/DI water, and a Two-Little-Fishes phosphate reactor should work.
