Does anyone know where I can get a good PAR meter at a decent price?

thatpetplace.com has them i belive and thier prices are usually good. plus free shipping.
and if you dont want to spend that then ebay is good to but i always buy testing equipment new. but that is just me.

+1 on buying new testing equiptment... other then that used for everything else.
