Question How do I remove wires from endcaps?

I need to re-do my wiring for my T5 lights and I was wondering how to remove the wires from the endcaps? I'm not a butcher and don't want to cut the wires.

Insert a small screwdriver in the back to release the sprong clip.

edit: looks like there's insertion point right up the bottom where the wiring goes too. Hopefully someone with experience chimes in here. I'd try this.

I replaced all the endcaps on my T5 fixture recently. I popped off the backs of each endcap then used a small screwdriver to release the wires.

You can also push a paperclip up into the other hole, push it toward the center of the endcap and pull the wire to release.

Push the paperclip right up next to the wire. Then leave the clip in there and pull out the wire. Then remove the paperclip. You insert the clip just like you would an actual wire. The paperclip doesn't get pinched like the soft copper wire and so you can easily remove it.

Cool thanks guys! I went through the bottom with a small screwdriver and twisted it slightly and the black part popped out and I can get to the wires.
