Rewiring pre-wired retro

I'm thinking about buying a used 4x39w IceCap retro that is prewired for the 660 but I want to have dusk/dawn functions. Would it be a pretty easy fix to rewire it for use with a couple AccuStarts or something similar?

Take the wires out of the end caps for the 660 harness and purchase the wiring harness for the Accustart ballast. Simple as that. I plan on doing the samething.
