250w double ended bulbs

Hello I was wondering if some of you out there have tried the phoenix 14k 250w's and the XM 20K 250W'S BEFORE on an electronic ballast. I have a fixture with dual 250w, the fixture is maid by Current with the two t5's. and I am running the phoenixes but i want to try a new bluer bulb for more color, all my parameters are in check and i have a shallow tank wich would enable me to have good par even at bottom of the tank with the 20k. Please let me know what you think about each bulb thanks for your time. oh and the t5's that i am using are blue plus bulbs.
