Please help me with my crappy skimmer

I have looked all over the internet trying to find a decent picture of where the water level should be in my Coralife Super Skimmer 125. I couldn't find anything visual go by.

I cleaned the whole unit 1.5 weeks ago and it has been running with tons of bubbles in the chamber but nothing is frothing into the collection cup. I am pulling my hair out trying to solve this. It was working well before, and I do not think anything is different now.

The tank specs are in my sig. I have 2 clowns, 1 six line wrasse, 1 coral beauty. I feed a half cube of frozen foods every second day or so.

Just upgraded to a 58g Oceanic and the only thing I broke was the old tank.
