What pump to use?

I need to run a chiller at about 12 feet away and 3 feet above the aquarium sump. Unfortunately, I absolutely have to use a submersible pump due to space limitations, sump location and so on. Yeah, I should have thought of this 2 years ago!!!

Anyone have a recommendation for a reliable submersible with enough power to drive this? Intended chiller recommends 1000 - 2000 gph but I plan to keep it at the low end requirement. Mag seems to have an 1800 with a 21' or so cut-off. Not sure if this could drive enough but can't find anything more powerfull while maintaining submersibles.
