Embedding pictures

Perhaps there is a better place to ask it, but I can't find the answer on the FAQ and always have trouble with pictures in my messages.

What specifically do you do to include a high quality picture directly in your post?

I can't figure out how to get a high quality picture into my album (it seems there is a limit on size and pixels), so there must be another way folks do it.

Thanks in advance!

many people have accounts on photobucket.com

upload your photos there then use the links they provide to embed them in message board posts.

I have never used albums, always photobucket, but there are monay equivalents such as flickr and the like. I know photobucket gives you an imbedding link that looks like [IMG*] [/IMG*] minus the * that you can just copy and paste into your post. IMO that is by far the easiest method.
