Need Water Flow advice on a Frag Tank

I have reached critical mass in both of my tanks and need to start trimming back. Problem is I don't have the time or patience to make frags as they just end up getting lost in the nooks and crannys of my tank!

I plan on buying a frag tank approximately 4 foot by 30" and only 14" in height. The problem is where do I place the overflow that will give me the best low current spot for me to place my frags to attach naturally to rock. The tank comes standard with the overflow in a corner. Could I successfully setup some type of chamber on the other side to help reduce current?

My original plan was to make the overflow in the middle and create a square by glassing off one of the corners and facing the powerheads in the opposite directions to give me low flow.

Does any one have any suggestions on what might be the best approach?

Current Tank Info: 220g Softies Tank, 60g Zoanthid Tank, and 100g Frag Tank

The water flow will also depend on what coral frags that you want to have. Corals in a frag tank is just like having them in the tank.

You need to look at each coral & see their needs......High or low in the tank, Lighting needs, water flow. Then there is feeding.
