Bristleworm?

Yanked this guy from under a rock yesterday.
It wasn't very fast or hard to catch.
The red part looked like it would go into the body then come out again.
Sorry for the bad pic,but is this a bristleworm?
Don't know if its harmful,but its no longer in the tank

As best as I can tell it is a bristleworm. Do some research, but conventional wisdom is that most are beneficial, harmless at worst. A few types can be bad but they are rarely seen
