RO/DI Unit - How does this one look?
Check this out. Does anyone use one? Really good price if it works nice.

Not a fan of horizontal DI chambers, it allows for channeling and isn't as effective as vertical DI chambers.
Then I really don't like that you would need to get the unit with 3 DI chambers to get 0 TDS, they must be using some really poor filters/membranes to have to use 3 DI chambers. My Buckeye unit has 1 DI (( vertical )) chamber and I get 0 TDS for end product. Plus, I don't like how they state the replacement times for the membranes/filters/resins. First the carbon/pre-filters should be replaced every 6 months, not 12 that they claim. In addition time can't be used for RO membranes and DI resins. They need to be replaced when the TDS indicates. In other words, I would pass on those units.
