Sump clean-uo crew
I have a 75 gallon sump with a 6-8" sand bed. Supported abou three inches above the sandbed on eggcrate I have about 100 lbs of live rock. The rock has no visible algae or other growth except many tube worms and sponges on the underside of the rocks. What can I put in the sump to stir the sand that WILL NOT REQUIRE ME TO ADD ADDITIONAL FOOD? Some food does go ever the overflow during feedings but not much, and none when I am using a filter sock to polish the water. Any suggestions welcome!

A healthy worm population should be all you need IMO. Here's a good article.
