Anyone ever use those Ebay adjustable yo-yo light hangers?
I ordered some but I am trying to figure out how to use them lol.. they seem to work a little different than I envisioned

Ha! So did I. I have two sets of these stupid things and when I pull them down and tighten the wingnuts, they don't stay. I'm also interested in the trick to making these work...

i thought they would allow up and down but it seems like once you pull them into place, and tighten the nuts all it does is not let you pull it further.. if you let it up, it will go up, but if you try to pull it down you have to let the nut down... whats the deal haha
